Peacock, Self Image, Reality

Peacock Energy: colorful, flashy, being seen.
Self-Image: not a problem.
Such a simple drama.
The peacock is the star.

Reality, here where I stand.
Reality, also over by you.
A different reality, each one is true.
One is not enough.

Aah, Superbowl Sunday.
Reality to many.
Halftime Petty.
Shall we tailgate?

Hi Kris,

What a wonderful painting and poem! Have you considered doing this kind of image in blues and purples too? I love the composition!

Enjoy whichever reality is yours today!!

Oh dear, I am liking writing these silly little verses way too much, and I suspect I will be writing more soon. Thank you all for the comments.

John, you are King of the verse. I am inspired by you.
Andrea, if you encourage me like that, I shall have to write more of them.
Diane, I'll post a piece in purples today.
Heather, thanks!

Well you have been busy with your creative everyday challenge. I am really taken by your abstracts. They are really enticing. I will continue to drop by to see them for sure.

Thank you, Joy and Maryellen!

There is a park close to us where peacocks walk around proudly showing off their feathers. They strut.

No tailgate party here, because no Super bowl, but Carnival instead, which also involves many colors and people proudly showing off.

And I? Reality is here where I stand. Less color, lots of gray and black and white. I don't strut. I lie down a lot.

NY Giants won - note to self -positive thinking, darn it.

Do you use clairvoyance to gamble on sports???????

I wil take you up sometime to sample but it is hard when the work is final and well thought out - photows are easier because reality based....not sure if you "see" what I am "saying." My ears have eyes.

Hi Kris. I have a ? 4 U. Not so much a ? more like a "can U help me?" situation. It has nothing to do with colorblindness.

miracles. For one a mire illusion
for someone else is as real as
the day itself.

Perception is but one path for
reality to bloom. Like the tail feathers of the peacock there are countless possibilities for countless realities"

Thanks Irene. Carnival sounds fabulous, I'd love to see it!

John, I don't use clairvoyance to gamble on sports, mostly because I don't gamble. (Losing badly once a year at the track because I feel sorry for the horses and am too busy healing them to see clearly, doesn't count.) However, the energy of the game looked like it wasn't going to be an easy win. And it was a great game. Congratulations!!

Hey Brian, what's your question?

Jerome, thanks for the visit!
